With the launch of Sleep Sakes we’ve looked into another benefit of essential oils. The use of alternative and complementary therapies within mainstream medicine has gained momentum. Aromatherapy uses essential oils as the major therapeutic agent. Believed to result in enhanced emotional wellness, calmness, relaxation or rejuvenation.
